Vegan Vanilla Pudding


1/2 Cup Cornstarch

1/2 Cup Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

3 Cups Dairy Free Milk

  1. Mix Cornstarch, Sugar, and 1/2 cup of Milk. Put remaining milk in medium saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Mix the Cornstarch mixture with the milk and continue stirring on medium heat until thickened. Stir in Vanilla extract and enjoy!
