The BEST VEGAN Chocolate Mousse

This chocolate mousse is amazing. It is my GO-TO chocolate frosting for frosting practically anything! It is so soft and creamy sometimes I just eat it by the spoonful!

The picture above is a cupcake frosted with this mousse. Injected with raspberry coulis.

Here is what you will need:

12.3 oz Extra Firm Silken Tofu (1 Packet)

12 oz Melted Dark Chocolate (Good quality, it really matters)

1/4 Cup Non-Dairy Milk (I use Soy)

A Drop or 2 Of Vanilla Extract

  1. In a food processor combine the tofu, vanilla extract, and milk. Combine until there aren't any chunky bits of tofu.

  2. Add melted chocolate to the tofu mixture (still in the food processor.) Once completely combined refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
